Jungian Analysis, also known as analytical psychology, is an in-depth form of talk therapy developed by Carl Jung. It aims to integrate conscious and unconscious elements of the mind to achieve wholeness of the personality. This is the classical form of depth psychotherapy based on Jung’s approach: the analyst and client explore the unconscious, dream work, active imagination, amplification of symbols, complexes, and archetypes.

Dream analysis / amplification - Jung’s work placed strong emphasis on dreams as direct communication from the unconscious that provided the “unvarnished truth” of the situation. “Amplification” means exploring mythological, archetypal, cultural, and symbolic connections around dream imagery.

Body-centered / Somatic / Movement / Expressive - Full integration of conscious awareness includes processing through the mind, body, and soul of an individual. Combining Jungian Analysis with body - based modalities brings unconscious symbolic material into somatic experience for deeper consciousness.
